The Raw Data report for Shifts enables you to verify the actual working hours of your employees in a day.
Additionally, it allows you to rectify any errors in their time data. This is particularly useful when an employee has not completed a shift for some reason, and their activity on the Shift platform has exceeded 9 hours.
If you need to modify any details regarding the shift, you can do so by right-clicking on the row and selecting "Edit shift."
You can edit only ended shifts
To end a worker's shift, locate the worker in the list, right-click on their current shift, and choose "Terminate shift" to mark it as ended. A record of this change will be added to the shift's log.
